<div style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Perform licensing and regulatory compliance activities to support the Supervisor of Licensing in (1) maintaining the 10 CFR 50 license for Unit 3, (2) maintaining the 10 CFR 72 license for the ISFSI, and (3) the active decommissioning of Unit 3. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent on the License Termination Plan, and 50% will be spent on routine licensing activities.</div>

        <li style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Attend Technical Review Groups (TRGs) when problems arise, and make reportability determinations. Act as TRG secretary for problems that become nonconformance reports (NCRs). Assist in developing root cause analysis.</li>
        <li style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Support Nuclear Safety Oversight Committee (NSOC) activities. This includes coordinating semi-annual meetings, developing agendas, issuing meeting minutes, and tracking action items.</li>
        <li style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Interface with the NRC Project Managers (Unit 3 and ISFSI) and Region IV inspectors (Unit 3, ISFSI, and security). Keep NRC informed via phone on emerging plant issues. Coordinate NRC inspections, approximately 4 times per year. Attend meetings in Rockville as needed.</li>
        <li style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Coordinate with Law Department and other departments to resolve allegations or other sensitive issues as they arise.</li>
