Monitor/maintain Standard Leader Work in all of the powder plants. Provide technical training for powder plant operators, supervisors, and managers. Develop/improve/sustain the powder plant preventive maintenance and Total Product Maintenance programs. Direct experience in an operating refining and/or large petrochemical facility is preferred. Direct experience with at least one major vendors DCS system preference for experience with the Yokogawa Centum CS3000 system. Experience in refining/chemical industry in automation and control applications. Strong oral/written communication skills and the ability to interact and work in a team environment. Computer proficiency including applications for word processing, spreadsheets and databases..</span></div>

Identify and ensure compliance with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices, which are related to process safety. Coordinate the validation of plant PHAs. Facilitate PHAs for plant changes when required and PHA validations. Participate in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs) at the plant. Assist with the review of proposed plant changes and provide guidance on when to conduct PHAs for plant changes. Participate in investigations of process safety incidents. Coordinate the plant`s emergency response plan. Participate in PSM audits at the plant. Coordinate the plant`s consequence risk assessment for worst-case and alternative release scenarios. Assist with preparation of reports as required by government, regulatory agencies, and associations. Keep up to date on current and pending legislation. Establish a program to share information within the plant.</span></div>
