This position will provide engineering and project management support for Natural Gas Liquids fractionation, underground storage and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of projects related to design, construction, maintenance, reconditioning, and expansion of natural gas liquid pipelines, storage and fractionation facilities located primarily in the mid-continent area (TX, OK, KS, IA, IL)
• Coordinate all facets of projects from inception to completion, including scope definition, options analysis, detailed design, economics, scheduling, communications, procurement, contracting, permitting, execution, file management and status reporting.
• Engineering support, including providing cost estimates, conducting pipeline hydraulic studies, analyzing process optimization parameters, utilizing computer models, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• BS in Engineering is required; Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• 3+ years experience as an Operations or Facility Engineer or Project Manager
• Experience with NGL Processing, storage and transportation (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Well-organized and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Occasional travel to project sites from Illinois to Texas will be required.

The plant manager will need to ensure the day-to-day co-ordination of activities in the plant function in accordance to the agreed practices and procedures in the areas of Production, Technical, Warehousing, Quality and Distribution matters. EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Textile Science, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science and Engineering is a minimum requirement. 3 + years of working in the COMPOSITE Industry. Job Responsibilities:
1.        Organize and coordinate technical compliance for site maintenance activities. This includes managing staff and resources ensuring maintenance activities and schedules for work across the site meet applicable technical engineering standards and company requirements.  (Team of 10-12)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Process Engineer provides the continuing technical support needed to resolve chemical  process problems and improve plant operations through the design and construction of capital projects. The incumbent will utilize skills in chemical process design, capital project management and process technology to achieve these objectives. The individuals familiarity of the plant operation is an equally important element in the implementation of improvements in the plant.The Chemical Process Engineers role in the implementation of capital project activities is key in the success of the project. As a member of the project team, the incumbent directs the technical efforts of the team, ensuring that the concepts and technologies are thoroughly investigated and employed to optimize the resources of the company.

In being the teams technical lead, the Process Engineer develops the written scope of work, detailing the project design with the assistance of the project engineer assigned to the team. The Process Engineer will be involved in initial development of a process control strategy as well.

A degree in Chemical Engineering, a Masters degree in the field is preferred and at least ten years experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment. Strong process design experience such as distillation, mass transfer, reaction, kinetics and thermodynamics. A degree in Chemical Engineering with 8 years minimum and ideally 10-15 years of chemical manufacturing experience in a chemical or fine chemicals plant with emphasis on project development/implementation, cost reduction/process improvement, utilities conservation and new product development. Qualifications

- Solid understanding and utilization of  SPC principles and practices required
