POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Performs applicable duties required of an Sr. Inspector Engineering within the assigned inspection discipline and certification limitations.
• Trains personnel to develop technical ability and understanding of applicable codes, standards, inspection methods in various disciplines and NDT methods. Trains personnel in the proper use of new or existing inspection equipment tools, techniques, methods and standards and acts as mentor.
• Performs inspections of an advanced, more complex nature in addition to providing day-to-day work direction, as required, for the inspection of new, existing, or vendors facilities assuring that materials are correct for the intended service and work performed conforms to engineering specifications and/or Saudi Aramco standards.
• Reviews:
  1. Design Drawings and engineering specifications assuring that all applicable Saudi Aramco standards have been applied,
  2. Waiver requests to assure they accurately represent the conditions described,
  3. New and proposed standards for outdated, conflicting, ambiguous, or incorrect information
  4. QA/QC programs for compliance. Writes and/or reviews inspection reports, pre & post T&I reports, worksheets, non-compliance reports and verifies logbook entries of on-site inspection findings, ensures all hard copy and electronic databases are initiated and maintained.
• Performs quality assurance assessments at vendor plants, as directed.
• Continues; personal professional development by attending courses, seminars etc.
• Reviews and monitors quality control programs developed by construction contractors.
• Performs other miscellaneous related duties as requested by the applicable Supervisor.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Each candidate should be fully qualified and experienced in Refinery Inspection Work, and is expected to work independently in inspection and maintenance procedures. Coordinate, plan, schedule day-to-day work directions on existing facilities, assuring that reports and records are properly maintained and materials are proper for the intended services and work performed conforms to engineering specifications. Must be qualified to the requirements of the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspection Codes or holds current certifications in both API 510 and 570. Must meet the requirements for certification to ASNT SNT TC-1A1 Level II or equivalent in liquid penetrant, magnetic particles, and U/T examinations and possess CWI certification form AWS. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of ASME, ANSI and API codes and standards. Non degreed candidates: must have a minimum of 12 years of refineries inspection experience. Degreed candidates: Must have a minimum of 5 years of inspection experience in refineries or similar facilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: B.S. in Engineering

EXPERIENCE: Five years of professional experience, preferably in the oil or similar process industry, including at least two (2) years as Saudi Aramco Inspector Engineering or four (4) years of direct inspection experience.

OR

• Completion of ITC: English, ERW; Math, MT; Science, ST.
• Experience required: Thirteen (13) years minimum. Must have 2 years experience as Saudi Aramco Inspector Engineering or 13 years industrial experience including 10 years inspection experience in the assigned discipline.
• A thorough knowledge of English is required to perform work as described and make clear and concise verbal and written reports and keep up with technical advancements. Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must have good vision (20/20 normal or corrected) and be in good physical condition.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Candidate will work as a senior reliability coordinator in the Reliability Unit in Ras Tanura Refinery. The candidate will be responsible for assessing the refinery equipment and work processes reliability and monitoring the implementation of all reliability improvement plans. In addition, he will have the following duties:

• Provides technical guidance for reliability & maintenance data by assessing SAP data history for accuracy and compliance with reliability best practices.
• Identifies reliability data collection processes to sustain KPI''s consistency.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• BS Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years experience working in a refinery or petrochemical plant as Mechanical Engineer.
• Worked as reliability engineer or turnaround engineer.
• Led or participated in failure investigation team for mechanical system.

• Failure analysis of products returned for service for the Division.
• Develop a comprehensive list of known failure modes and relevant root cause information for products.
• Must have "hands on" experience and know how to analyze a product, design (redesign) and have thorough documentation.
• Create diagnostic procedures and data sheets for Quality Technicians to use for diagnosis of returned products.
• Where applicable, develop prescription for repair of the returned product.
• Perform component level analysis based on findings during failure analysis of products, i.e. e-Box failures, motors etc. to determine second level root cause information to drive continuous improvement of selected products.

Transnuclear, Inc., a subsidiary of Areva and premier provider of storage and transportation of spent nuclear fuel and other radioactive materials, is currently seeking a Nuclear Fuel Dry Storage Fab Engineer for NUHOMS Dry Shielded Canisters (DSCs), NUHOMS onsite transfer casks, TN metal storage casks, and transport packagings.This qualified individual will:

• Prepare the procurement specifications and drawings.
• Review fabrication documents (drawings, routers, welding, inspection and test procedures, etc.)
• Prepare design changes and non-conformance evaluations as required during fabrication.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to the fabrication subcontractor.
• Contribute fabrication and design knowhow to product improvements and the development of new products.
• Support client power plant operations with these products, including use of the automatic welding system for field closure, vacuum drying, and helium leak testing.

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this Project Engineer opportunity:

BS Engineering or equilivent experience with high speed packaging with 7-10 years in the food industry. Strong working knowledge of maintenance procedures, PM's, predictive maintenance, electrical. Demonstrated leadership skills are a must.

Manage a team of 21 maintenance staff over 3 shifts as a coach and mentor in a high speed state-of-the-art food packaging facility.
